Code of Conduct: :
1. Attendance and Punctuality: Students must attend school regularly and on time. Absenteeism without prior permission may lead to disciplinary action on examination. 2. Payment of Fees: Failure to pay school fees on time may result in suspension or withdrawal. The school will not be responsible for students whose fees remain unpaid beyond the due date. 3. Uniform and Grooming: Students must wear the prescribed school uniform and maintain cleanliness and proper grooming at all times. 4. Behavioral Conduct: Misconduct, including bullying, dishonesty, and disrespect towards teachers or peers, will not be tolerated. 5. Damage to Property: Students are responsible for maintaining school property. Any intentional or negligent damage to school assets will result in disciplinary action, and the cost of repairs may be recovered from the parents. 6. Classroom Discipline: It refers to maintaining order and a focused learning environment where students follow rules, respect teachers, and avoid disruptive behavior(such as noise, not being attentive and doing other things. This ensures that all students can learn without distractions, promoting responsibility, cooperation, and respect for others. 7. Play Ground/ Class Room Accidents: The school is not liable for any accidents that occur during recreational or sports activities on the school premises or unforeseen incidents that occur between students. 8. Prohibited Actions: It is forbidden for students to engage in any of the following activities, such as smoking, alcohol, spitting in the school area, using drugs or intoxicating substances, any form of gambling, impairing or harming any school property, etc. 9. Prohibited Items:All students are prohibited from bringing valuables, gadgets, and items, including jewellery, mobile phones, weapons, and beauty items etc., which are unrelated to the school. 10. Homework and Assignments: Students are expected to complete and submit their homework and assignments on time. Failure to do so may result in penalties for results and may result in disciplinary action. 11. Bullying and Harassment: Any form of bullying, harassment, or discrimination will lead to strict disciplinary measures. 12. Respect for Staff: Students must show respect to all school staff, including teachers, administrative personnel, and support staff. 13. Personal Responsibility: Students are responsible for their personal belongings, and the school will not be held liable for any loss or theft. 14. Restoration of School Property: In case of accidental damage to school property, students must report it to the authorities immediately. 15. School Representation: Students must uphold the dignity and reputation of the school during any school-related activity or event. 16. Health and Safety:Health and safety guidelines must be followed by students, including those concerning malaria, dengue, COVID-19, and other communicable diseases. Others: It is the responsibility of the school management to take disciplinary action during the examination phase for the attentivenessof students.
Do’s and Don’ts for Students :
Do’s: 1. Reach school on time. 2. Be punctual and regular in attendance. 3. Wear the correct school uniform and maintain neatness. 4. Complete and submit all assignments and homework on time. 5. Show respect to teachers, staff, and fellow students. 6. Follow the school's code of conduct. 7. Participate actively in school events and activities .
Don’ts: :
1. Do not engage in any form of bullying, harassment, or physical violence. 2. Avoid bringing prohibited items such as mobile phones or expensive gadgets to school. 3. Do not damage or tamper with school property. 4. Be careful not to use abusive language. 5. Refrain from skipping classes without permission. 6. Avoid disruptive behavior during classes or school events. .
Do’s and Don’ts for Parents :
Do’s: 1. Ensure that fees are paid on time and maintain regular communication with the school. 2. Encourage your child to attend school regularly and punctually. 3. Attend parent-teacher meetings and stay informed about your child’s progress. 4. Support school policies and collaborate with teachers for your child’s growth. 5. Follow the school’s health and safety guidelines, including providing necessary health information. Don’ts: 1. Do not send your child to school if they are unwell or contagious (health issues). 2. Avoid interfering with school administration without prior discussion. 3. Do not delay fee payments beyond the due date. 4. Refrain from encouraging your child to bring prohibited items to school. 5. Avoid making unscheduled visits to the classroom during school hours. .
Do’s and Don’ts for Teachers:
Do’s: 1. Maintain discipline in the classroom and promote a positive learning environment. 2. Communicate regularly with parents about students' progress and concerns. 3. Prepare lesson plans and assessments in a timely manner. 4. Encourage participation and inclusivity among all students. 5. Keep accurate and timely records of all students. 6. Report any incidents of misconduct or bullying promptly. Don’ts: 1. Do not show favoritism or bias towards any student. 2. Avoid using inappropriate language or behavior in the classroom. 3. Do not ignore complaints or grievances raised by students or parents. 4. Refrain from using excessive disciplinary measures. 5. Avoid delaying the grading of assignments or exams. 6. Children should not be judged based on their appearance. 7. Please refrain from discussing or talking about anything other than school-related matters. .
Safety and Security:
The school management is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for all students. Safety measures include: 1. Regular fire and emergency drills. 2. Ensuring all exits are clearly marked and accessible in case of emergencies. 3. First-aid facilities and medical attention available at all times. 4. Proper supervision during school hours, especially during playtime and sports activities. 5. Teachers ensure girls' safety by monitoring their activities, fostering a respectful environment, and addressing concerns promptly. They create a space where girls feel safe and supported to report any issues. .
Examination Rules/h5>s:
Do’s: 1. Arrive at the examination hall at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time. 2. Bring all necessary materials such as pens, pencils, and admit cards. 3. Follow the instructions provided by the invigilators during the examination. 4. Maintain silence and avoid any distractions in the examination room. 5. Submit the answer sheet within the allotted time. Don’ts: 1. Do not engage in any form of cheating or malpractice during the examination. 2. Avoid bringing any electronic devices, including mobile phones or smartwatches. 3. Refrain from communicating with other students during the exam. 4. Do not write anything on the question paper other than the roll number and name. 5. Do not leave the examination hall without permission from the invigilator. .
School Transport Rules :
For Students: 1. Be punctual when boarding the school bus. 2. Remain seated throughout the journey and avoid disturbing the driver. 3. Follow the instructions of the bus conductor or driver at all times. 4. Do not engage in any behavior that may distract the driver or pose a safety risk. 5. Treat fellow passengers with respect. For Parents: 1. Ensure that your child arrives at the bus stop on time. 2. Inform the school in advance if your child will not be using the bus on a particular day. 3. Report any concerns regarding transport to the school management. 4. Understand that the school is not responsible for delays caused by traffic or other external factors. 5. Ensure the child follows all transport rules for safety. .
